Thank you for shopping with Dino Bag Australia! It's important to us that you're completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, we will accept returns for items that are unused with original tags and packaging. There should be no visible signs of wear.

All sale and clearance items will be final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes any items purchased at a sale price and items purchased during online promotions.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if merchandise has been used.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported to us within 5 business days, or it is considered wear and tear and not eligible for return. Once notified we will send you a replacement and cover shipping & handling fees.

Customers are responsible for shipping & handling fees for non-defective returns. Non-defective merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee for any reason.

To initiate a return, please reply to your order confirmation email and specify which item you wish to return and why.
