Shipping policy
While we do our best to have your order delivered within the listed timeframes below, we are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date. Couriers may, particularly during peak times, experience delays outside of our control. We're constantly working with them to have orders arrive within the given timeframe. If your order is time sensitive, we recommend selecting express shipping.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dino Bag Australia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20days days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@dinobag.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
If you want your delivery sent to a P.O. box, locked bag, parcel locker or parcel collect location, you will need to select Australia Post for delivery, this is an Australia Post policy.
